Celebrating Monica Hopkins as the Armstrong McGuire Fellow

We’re thrilled to welcome Monica Hopkins as the Armstrong McGuire Fellow for the fall cohort of the PMA Nonprofit Leadership Mastermind program.

Monica brings a compelling blend of mission-drive and operational know-how to the table. Her professional track record includes capacity-building and operational improvements in the nonprofit sector, which aligns perfectly with our vision of strengthening leadership across the social impact space.  

As the Armstrong McGuire Fellow, Monica will immerse herself in seven intensive sessions combining peer coaching, leadership frameworks, and strategic planning, alongside a select cohort of peers from across the region. This fellowship covers her participation so she can focus fully on building her leadership blueprint for her organization and community.

We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Armstrong McGuire, whose commitment ensures that rising leaders like Monica get the time, space, and investment to advance their impact.
