Cohort 10 of the Emerging Leaders Program Underway
PMA is proud to support the launch of Cohort 10 of Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy (ELP). The program began on September 12th with its first session, bringing together 23 nonprofit professionals from across the region, facilitated by PMA's Patton McDowell, who serves as the Director of the Institute for Philanthropic Leadership.
From the outset, this group leaned in - building their own leadership and fundraising skills for the philanthropic sector while also sharpening the case for support for the outstanding organizations they represent. This dual focus on personal growth and organizational impact is what makes the ELP experience unique and transformative.

We are proud of the momentum already created by this group and look forward to the impact they will make on their organizations and the broader nonprofit community.
