IPL Alumni Workshop Set for October 14th

We’re excited to announce that the Annual Leadership Gift School Alumni Program will take place on the morning of Tuesday, October 14th, at the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture. This half-day experience will bring together nonprofit leaders for connection, inspiration, and practical learning.

Robert will kick things off by sharing how AI tools can help nonprofits work smarter, raise more, and communicate with heart. Fresh from completing the Generative AI Automation Specialization from Vanderbilt University and Coursera, he will highlight the latest on prompt engineering and trustworthy applications of AI. Attendees will walk away with practical insights into how AI can strengthen their development operations right now.

The Evolution of a Development Leader

Shannon will offer a dynamic and practical look at how development professionals grow into impactful leaders. Whether you’re just starting your fundraising career or leading a team at the executive level, this session will guide participants through sector-wide trends, career milestones, and actionable insights to help chart a thoughtful leadership journey with confidence.
