The Michael Marsicano Awards for Philanthropic Leadership will celebrate two exceptional individuals in 2025 - one Executive Director and one Development Director - who embody ethical, visionary leadership and have demonstrated excellence in fundraising and community impact.

Past recipients say it best: Shannon Green, MBA, CFRE from Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region (2023) and Tchernavia Montgomery, MSW from Care Ring (2024) represent the very best of our sector. These are leaders who raise resources with integrity, build partnerships that matter, and move their missions forward with purpose.
