Please join us in congratulating Katie Lowek as the TowneBank Fellow in our Fall Mastermind program hosted by PMA Nonprofit Leadership.

Katie leads, focusing strongly on serving families and communities. Under her leadership at Diaper Train, she has helped distribute hundreds of thousands of diapers to children in Wake County, translating operational excellence into direct family impact.  

With TowneBank’s generous fellowship support, Katie will join seven immersive Mastermind sessions designed to sharpen leadership strategy, expand networks, and align her leadership vision for scale and sustainability. This fellowship ensures she can participate fully without operational distractions.

We thank TowneBank for investing in the next generation of nonprofit leaders, and Katie for stepping into this growth opportunity. We’re excited to track how she leverages the Mastermind experience to enhance her organization’s capacity and deepen its community footprint.
